About R.E.L.A.T.E Ministries

In 2008, the Lord brought my wife and I to live in the American Farms community. We are continuously impressed with hard working, talented and God fearing members of the neighborhood. Like many others, we joined and participated in a local church and worked diligently to help it grow.

God soon began to remind us that he always sends us to a place with a mission. Not long thereafter, it became glaringly apparent to me the drain of talent, finances, and spiritual gifts from our own neighborhood as we are not actively working to build up American Farms.

Our passion to strengthen communities and churches continued to grow.  So instead of trying to build another community church, we have turned our efforts to strengthening those that are currently in existence and would benefit from support as they stand up marriage and single’s ministries and/or desire leadership training. To that end we are actively developing partnerships that will enhance families, nonprofits, and churches.

To equip men and women to operate in integrity and purpose becoming their destiny:

  • Use of the Relationship Education and Life Aptitude Training Essentials classes (e.g. relationship skills, finances, civic duty, life skill)
  • Discipleship

How We Interface with Businesses

  1. Assess the needs of the fellowship according to the leadership's desire
  2. Set goals
  3. Develop a strategic plan and time line for various actions
  4. Develop objectives job descriptions and operational interaction and plans
  5. Presentation of R.E.L.A.T.E purpose and role to the organization
  6. Encourage leadership & staff team building, as they develop plan of action and own it
  7. Agree upon a plan of action
  8. Small Group meeting with the various department leaders and staff to assist with the application of operational interface and to develop measurable indicators of success
  9. Post implementation assessment
  10. Continue support for agreed upon time
